Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Finland. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times:

Finland: 1–5 business days
Europe: 3–15 business days
International: 1–4 weeks

Shipping Method

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing or at checkout, orders are shipped using a standard postal service without tracking.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

United States import charges

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties are normally calculated and prepaid by us through the Finnish postal service when the shipment is created. These costs are included in the shipping charge or product price shown in our store.

Customers should not normally be required to pay the same import duty again upon delivery. In exceptional cases, United States customs authorities may request additional information or impose additional charges following a customs review or reclassification of the shipment.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.
